Essential Oils Aromatherapy | Network Healing Arts

Aromatherapy reaches and influences the deepest human instincts. "Aromatherapy" means to treat with the aroma through inhalation. We respond to aroma within 1-3 seconds. Aromatherapy also encompasses the topical application of essential oils - the oils pass easily through cell membranes, particularly the skin, and diffuse into the blood stream.

European scientists have found that essential oils work as natural chelators, bonding to metals and chemicals and carrying them out of the body. Essential oils are fast acting when applied to the feet; the oils travel through the body and affects cells within minutes - because of their structure they are metabolized in the cells like other nutrients.

The oils work through the limbic system and olfactory centers at the base of the brain; next, they pass between the pituitary and pineal gland and move to the amygdala, which plays a major role in the storing and releasing of emotional trauma.

Raindrop Therapy
A series of antimicrobial oils are dropped directly onto the spine, they then worked into the spine using light strokes which stimulate energy impulses along the nervous system and through the entire body. The body can be brought into balance and the energy centers can be cleared and re-aligned. Research has indicated that many forms of spinal misalignments can be improved using this technique.
